Adron Homes Marks Nigeria’s 65th Independence, Pledges More Investment in Housing
Nigeria’s real estate sector has been under pressure as the country faces a huge housing deficit, estimated by the World Bank at over 20 million units. On Independence Day, property developers are positioning themselves as partners in national development.
Adron Homes and Properties Limited has used Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary to restate its commitment to nation-building through affordable housing and community development.
In a goodwill message, the company’s Group Managing Director, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, praised the “resilience and unity” of Nigerians over the past six and a half decades.
“As Nigeria marks 65 years of independence, we salute the courage of our founding fathers and the collective will of Nigerians who have kept the dream of a united, prosperous, and progressive nation alive,” he said. “Today is not just a reminder of our past struggles, but also a call to greater responsibility in shaping the future we all desire.”
Call for stronger policies
Mr EmmanuelKing urged governments at all levels to prioritise policies that support economic growth, infrastructure, and affordable housing.
“At Adron Homes, we believe housing is not just a basic need but a catalyst for economic empowerment and national stability. We remain committed to complementing government efforts in bridging Nigeria’s housing deficit by making affordable, accessible, and quality homes available for all,” he added.
Industry reactions
Housing experts say corporate investments like Adron’s are crucial but stress that government intervention is equally important.
“Private developers can only go so far,” said Abuja-based urban planner Tolu Adeniran. “Without stronger housing finance systems and land reforms, the housing gap will persist.”
Residents in Lagos also welcomed the company’s pledge. “Real estate is expensive here. If developers can truly make homes affordable, it will change lives,” said banker Ifeoma Okafor.
What’s next
Adron Homes says it will expand its housing estates, create more jobs, and roll out community development initiatives in the coming years.
The company also called on Nigerians to remain hopeful and united. “The dream of a better Nigeria belongs to us all,” EmmanuelKing concluded.

Adron Homes Easter Fiesta: 30% Land Discount and 36-Month Payment Plan Announced
Adron Homes and Properties Limited has unveiled its Easter Fiesta Promo, offering Nigerians a 30% discount on land purchases and flexible payment plans of up to 36 months.
The limited-time offer covers several of the company’s estates across major property corridors in Nigeria.
The company says the initiative is aimed at making land ownership more accessible during the Easter season, traditionally associated with renewal and new beginnings.
“Easter represents hope and a fresh start. At Adron Homes, we believe one of the most meaningful ways to embrace new beginnings is through property ownership. This promo is structured to remove financial barriers and encourage more Nigerians to invest in land, which remains one of the safest and most reliable assets,” the company stated.
The promotion applies to estates in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan–Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja (FCT), Nasarawa and Niger.
Why It Matters
Nigeria continues to face a significant housing deficit, with rising land and building costs pushing property ownership out of reach for many.
Extended installment plans such as the 36-month option offered in this promo allow buyers to spread costs over time rather than make large upfront payments.
Land banking in fast-growing suburban areas has also gained popularity as a hedge against inflation and currency instability.
What Buyers Get
Beyond the 30% discount, subscribers will receive structured gift packages under Platinum and Compact plot categories.
These include milestone-based rewards ranging from food items and livestock to household appliances.
The company says this approach offers “immediate value” while customers build long-term investment portfolios.
Adron Homes adds that its estates come with verified titles and structured layouts designed to support future development.
What’s Next?
The Easter Fiesta Promo will run for a limited period, although the company has not disclosed a closing date.
Prospective buyers are encouraged to subscribe through accredited marketers or visit company offices nationwide.
As Easter approaches, Adron Homes is positioning the campaign as an opportunity for Nigerians to focus on long-term investments rather than short-term festivities.

Adron Homes Ramadan Promo Offers 30% Land Discount and Gift Rewards
Adron Homes and Properties Limited has announced a special Ramadan promotion, offering a 30% discount on land purchases and flexible payment plans across several Nigerian states.
The campaign, which runs from 20 January to 6 April 2026, is aimed at encouraging families and investors to consider long-term property ownership during the holy month.
The company says buyers can spread payments over 36 months, a move designed to make land acquisition more accessible.
Why it matters
Ramadan is often associated with charity, sacrifice and long-term reflection.
For many Nigerians, however, rising inflation and housing shortages have made property ownership increasingly difficult.
What the company is offering
Under the promo structure, clients who purchase land receive a 30% discount.
The firm is also attaching Ramadan-themed gifts to specific payment thresholds.
Customers who pay ₦200,000 will receive a Provision Hamper.
Those who pay ₦400,000 will receive an Automated Prayer Mat.
In a statement, the company said the campaign aligns faith with financial planning.
It said the initiative enables Nigerians “to secure appreciating assets while observing a season centered on discipline and forward planning.”
The company added that it remains committed to providing “secure land titles, prime locations, and affordable pricing.”
Where the offer applies
The promotion covers estates in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan–Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa and Niger states.
What’s next?
The company is urging prospective clients to take advantage of what it describes as a limited-time opportunity.

The company says the initiative is designed to encourage couples, families and investors to consider property ownership as a lasting symbol of commitment and financial security.
The offer includes discounted plots, flexible payment plans and a range of gift items tied to different payment levels.
What buyers get
Under the promo, customers who pay ₦100,000 receive cake, chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Those who pay ₦200,000 receive a Love Hamper.
Subscribers who commit ₦500,000 receive a Love Hamper with cake, while ₦1m subscribers get either a Samsung phone or a Love Hamper with cake.
For higher payments, the incentives increase.
Clients who pay ₦5m receive either an iPad or a romantic couple’s getaway at a top Nigerian hotel.
Payments of ₦10m come with options including a Samsung Z Fold 7, a three-night stay at a premium resort or a full solar power installation.
High-value land investors who commit ₦30m are offered a three-night couple’s trip to Doha or South Africa.
Buyers of houses valued at ₦50m receive a double-door refrigerator.
The company says the promo applies to estates in Lagos, Shimawa, Sagamu, Atan–Ota, Papalanto, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Osun, Ekiti, Abuja, Nasarawa and Niger states.
Why it matters
Nigeria’s property market has become increasingly attractive to investors seeking protection against inflation and currency volatility.
For many middle-income Nigerians, flexible payment plans are often the real attraction.
“I’m more interested in spreading payments than the gift items,” said Lagos-based civil servant Ifeoma Okeke. “But if both come together, that’s even better.”
What Adron Homes says
In a statement, the company said the promo aims to help Nigerians “build long-term value and legacy through real estate investments.”
It reiterated its commitment to secure land titles, affordable pricing and prime locations.
The firm also encouraged Nigerians in the diaspora to take advantage of the Valentine campaign.
What’s next
The company has not stated when the Valentine promo will close.
