The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth League has inaugurated its new National Working Committee (NWC) in Abuja, with a promise to mobilize patriotic youth to neutralize planned protests against the government.
The league’s new President, Comrade Olamide Lawal, praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s achievements and pledged to support his administration.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by key government functionaries and senior party leaders, who urged the youth to ignore misleading narratives and support the government’s progress.
The league’s new leadership includes Olamide Lawal as President, Ibrahim Goni as Deputy President North, and Miriam Obi as Deputy President South, among others.
The APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, expressed support for the league, while the Minister of State for Environment, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako, urged the youth to embrace the renewed hope agenda and avoid opposing the nation’s progress and unity.
The APC Youth League has vowed to defend the party’s mandate, the administration of President Tinubu, and the peace and progress of the country.
