Save Wike from the Shame of Joining a Party he Once Described as Cancerous – Eze Tells Political Jobbers Urging the former Rivers Governor to Join APC

Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and Erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP), Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze says it is saddening to learn that after boasting in a public glare that he cannot leave the PDP that is malaria infested and join the APC that is cancerous, former Governor of Rivers State, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike is being urged to formally pitch tent with the ruling progressives party after falling apart with his party, the PDP owing to his blatant display of crude sabotage and other anti-party activities.

Recall that one Mr. Tony Okocha, an avowed political jobber, imposter and non-member of the APC alongside few others playing the role of moles were seen and heard urging the former Governor Wike to cross over to the APC and lead the party in Rivers State.

Chief Eze made this known in a statement made available to media houses in Port Harcourt, he said although his nefarious engagements and acts of sabotage against the PDP are notable, however, if the former Governor wants to join the APC for whatever reason, characters like Tony Okocha and his likes have no roles to play to scheme him into the party, save and except that he wants to join the party through the back door which is also very possible given his antecedents as a dog that goes back to his vomit, if not he should be courageous enough as a man and join the party instead of running around like a sheep without a Shepherd.

Eze highlighted that the damage that Wike has done to the party since the birth of the party in 2014 cannot be imagined. Apart from organising his GDI to stone most APC leaders including Buhari, Tinubu and others, he ensured that the efforts by the party to field candidates for the 2019 failed. Same strategy he attempted to execute against the party with state resources in the 2023 and asking such a character to join the party he did everything to decimate can’t be tolerated.

Eze pleads with political jobbers like Tony Okocha to help and save Wike from this embarrassment of eating his vomit by this unholy act which they are currently pursuing just because of what they can eat from the fallen man.

Much more unfortunate is the fact that the said imposter, Tony Okocha who has been parading himself as leader of Rivers APC is now turning around to urge Wike to come and lead him. This idiotic desperation proves that Tony is neither here nor there. A confused and frustrated jobber scamming for an opportunity to reap where he did not sow.

Tony claimed to be a leader when he knew he lack the minimum capacity and competence prescribed for people of that caliber. Now he’s calling on Wike to come and lead him. ‘He is a political neophyte and frustrated jobber seeking undue attention’, Eze noted.

The Olubadan-designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin is ill and not physically fit to rule as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.

The Otun-Balogun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Abimbola Ajibola, stated this on Tuesday.

Olubadan stool became vacant after the demise of the late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun, who reigned for two years and died at 81.

Olakulehin would rank among the oldest monarchs to ascend to the position.

Ajibola, who made this known in a briefing at his Sanyo private residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, said the Olubadan-Designate be given time to get well before he is pronounced.

He said: “What is in need for hurry? Someone (Olakulehin) we have not seen. He has not spoken with us. He has not spoken with Ibadan people.

“I am his second in command, I’m his lieutenant. He has not called me to say, ‘My Otun, I’m back. So, tell your people. And when are you seeing me?’ They are just forcing him because of their own selfish interest.”
